% 16.10.2018 The petition has already been disposed of vide order dated 20.08.2018 and taken up on CM APPL. 43716/2018 filed on behalf of the respondent no.8 seeking extension of the time frame for disposal of the suit CS 28/2018 pending before the ADJ-01 (East) beyond the period 31.10.2018 as directed thereby till the date 31.10.2019.

On behalf of the applicant has been submitted the copy of the proceedings dated 11.10.2018 which indicates that the matter is listed for 20.10.2018 before the learned trial Court. The said order indicates also that the respondent no.8 herein had submitted that an application seeking extension of time would be made to this Court inasmuch as the matter may not be disposed of within the stipulated period of time of 31.10.2018 and it had been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner would not oppose such request. Be that as it may, the directions vide order dated 20.08.2018 are

to the learned trial Court to dispose of the suit by 31.10.2018. In the event of the learned trial Court needing further time beyond 31.10.2018, it would be for the learned trial Court to make its requisite request.
