ORDER

% 29.08.2018 In the light of the order of the Supreme Court in W.P.(C) No.669/2018 ['Purswani Ashutosh (Minor) Through Dr. Kamlesh Virumal Purswani v. Union of India & Ors.'] decided on 24.08.2018, the impugned order does not call for interference however, the observations made in paragraph (20) by the learned Single Judge with respect to the MCI's Committee are hereby deleted. Needless to state that , the admission made of the respondent shall be confirmed. In these circumstances, no further scrutiny about. the respondent's/writ petitioner's disability through the Committee would be determined.
