% 30.11.2016 CM. NO. 33989/2016 (for exemption) Exemption allowed subject to all just exceptions. Application stands disposed of.

W.P.(C) 8204/2016 It has been contended by Mr. Rizwan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Directorate of Education and also noted from the writ petition that the petitioner had earlier filed a writ petition being W.P.(C) NO. 1912/2016 which was disposed of on 8th March, 2016 with a direction to CBSE to dispose of the representation dated 20th July, 2015 made by the petitioner.

Mr. Atul Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent / CBSE has drawn the attention of this Court to the order dated 18th October,

2016 vide which representation of the petitioner was disposed of in terms of the order of this Court dated 8th March, 2016 in writ petition (Civil) No. 1912/2016. A copy of order dated 18th October, 2016 is taken on record. Even though, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that copy of the order has not been received by him, Mr. Atul Kumar, Adv. has handed over a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner who states as the petitioner has to challenge the order dated 18th October, 2016 in fresh proceedings, he shall withdraw the writ petition. Noting the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. V. KAMESWAR RAO, J NOVEMBER 30, 2016/jg
