% 17.08.2016 The petitioner submits that as per his information, his request for allotment of an alternate plot had been placed before the Recommending Committee and the personal hearing had been fixed for 23.12.2015; he had appeared before the Committee. There was a confusion about the share of the applicant; whether it was 1/3rd or 1/9th, the petitioner was asked to submit more documents by 22.03.2016. The petitioner candidly admits before this Court that he has not received any rejection letter. He is only apprehending that his case may be rejected. His further submission is that he has given a clarification before the Department stating that his share is 1/9th and not 1/3rd.

This petition is disposed of with directions to the Department to

answer the application of the petitioner within an outer limit of three months from today.

Petition disposed of.
