After some hearing, counsel for the appellant wishes to withdraw the present appeal.

Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty, as prayed, is granted to seek such remedy in accordance with law, in case, the husband does not pay arrears as per the orders passed by the Family Court from time to time.
