% 28.09.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.134/2015 dated 13.02.2015 registered on the complaint of the complainant under Sections 186/353/34 IPC against the petitioner. The complainant is present in Court. He is identified by the Investigating Officer.

The parties have arrived at a settlement and are desirous of quashing the FIR. The affidavit of the respondent No.2, in this regard, has been placed on record. The complainant further states that he joins the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question.

Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings emanating therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.
