% 10.02.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for interim measures. When the petition was listed before the Court for the first time on 14th December, 2012, an interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner to the effect that no coercive steps would be taken against the petitioner pursuant to the letter dated 22nd and 24th November, 2012. The present petition is pending for the last more than five years. Learned counsel for the parties have informed that the arbitration proceedings has already been commenced.

Thus, the interim order passed on 14th December, 2012 will continue till such time the learned Arbitral Tribunal passes an order on modification of the interim orders.

The present petition is accordingly disposed of. MANMOHAN SINGH, J.
