The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks amendment of the petition. It is seen that the petitioner now seeks to challenge Regulation 13(3) of the Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors (Licensing, Professional Requirement and Code of Conduct) Regulations, 2000. It is pointed out that in the event the said amendment is allowed, the petition would have to be placed before the Division Bench of this Court. 2.
At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the amended petition before the Division Bench.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. The application is disposed of.
