% 11.09.2018 Further status report has been filed on record. The same has been perused. The petitioner's daughter came back to home on 04.09.2018. She was medically got examined at AIIMS, New Delhi. The doctor opined that she is carrying a pregnancy of 36 weeks. Mr. Mehra submits that she is presently hospitalised and is likely to deliver a child any time. Her statement was got recorded before the learned Magistrate under Section 164 Cr PC on 05.09.2018. She stated that on 12.08.2017, she had married the suspect Shahrukh without any pressure and she was staying with him at his house, and the child she carries in her womb is that of Shahrukh.

Mr. Mehra further submits that the petitioner was not willing to take back her daughter unless her daughter aborted the foetus. However, the petitioner, who is present in court, states that she is willing to take back her daughter along with the child.

It shall be open to the petitioner to approach the CWC, which shall take a call on the said aspect after hearing the parties. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. VIPIN SANGHI, J I.S.MEHTA, J SEPTEMBER 11, 2018 sr
