% 30.08.2018 This is the second round of litigation. In the first round, petitioners were given liberty to file a Representation. According to petitioners' counsel, Representation (Annexure P-9 colly.) has been made to first respondent-Divisional Commissioner, Sham Nath Marg, New Delhi on 28th May, 2018.

The grievance of petitioners is that their Representation of 28th May, 2018 (Annexure P-9 colly.) has not been responded to till date. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to direct the first respondent-Divisional Commissioner, Sham Nath Marg, New Delhi to give a speaking response to petitioners' Representation (Annexure P-9 colly.), if it is still pending. The needful be done within a period of twelve weeks from today and the fate of petitioners' Representation (Annexure P-9 colly.) be made known to petitioners W.P.(C) 8459/2018

within two weeks thereafter, so that they may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.

With aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of. Dasti.
