In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to direct the first respondent-Divisional Commissioner, Sham Nath Marg, New Delhi to give a speaking response to petitioners' Representation (Annexure P-8 colly.), if it is still pending. The needful be done within a period of twelve weeks from today and the fate of petitioners' Representation (Annexure P-8 colly.) be made known to petitioners within two weeks thereafter, so that they may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be.
