It is noted as per Nominal Roll, that the substantive sentence has been completed on 16th February 2017, and in default sentence, six months have also been completed. This was also noted in the previous order dated 5th December 2023, where counsel for petitioner made the said statement. 3.

Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
