W.P.(C) 8456/2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Union of India states that, all rounds of counseling including the 'Stray Vacancy Round' has been concluded and as a consequence thereof, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.3 states that, all the seats allocated to them have been filled up barring one, which has been kept vacant on the directions of this Court in another writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.3 further states that, even otherwise, the petitioner is disentitled from being allotted a seat under their auspices, in view of the circumstance that, she has yet not been registered.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that, the petition be kept pending, in view of the circumstance that, in the event, a seat falls vacant or is made available, she may be considered for allocation of the same.

In my view, since counseling for seats under every quota has since been concluded, the petition has been rendered infructuous. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
