% 10.08.2018 The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, prays as follows:- "(i) Pass an order issuing the contempt against the respondents and punish them in accordance with law for the contempt of the order dated 29.05.2018. (ii) Pas any other order as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in light of the above mentioned circumstances."

Mr. Amit Mahajan, learned Central Government Standing Counsel (for short 'ÇGSC') accepts notice on behalf of the official respondent. Mr. Amit Mahajan, learned CGSC, on instructions states that, the statutory complaint filed by the petitioner, under Section 26 of The Army Act, 1950, shall be positively disposed of within four weeks from today, in terms of the orders passed by this Court on 29.05.2018 in W.P.(C) 5954/2018, titled as "NK/Chef Vijay Kumar vs. Union of India and Ors.". CONT.CAS.(C) 605/2018

Directed accordingly.
