O R D E R

% 18.01.2019 C.M.49702/2018 (modification) Mr.Akhil Sachar, counsel for the appellant, submits that he restricts his prayer only with respect to the observations made by the learned Single Judge in para 33 of the impugned order dated 06.07.2018. The main respondent i.e. respondent no.1 who appears in person along with his counsel, has no objection if the observation made against the MMTC i.e. "....MMTC were completely wanting in bonafides, and, as the petitioner alleges, appears to have been instituted with the intention of the ensuring that the petitioner was not reappointed as Director (Finance) for five years After 4th May, 2000. ......" is deleted.

In view of the stand taken by the respondent no.1, the aforesaid lines would stand deleted.

The order be complied with and the interest be paid to the respondent @ 10% p.a. from the date of cessation of service up to the date of payment within a period of two weeks from today.

The application stands disposed of.
