Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has deposited Rs.50,000/- with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch on 29th May, 2017 in terms of judgment dated 4th May, 2017. 2.

Learned counsel for BSES submits that BSES has deposited Rs.2,50,000/- with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch on 12th June, 2017. 3.

There is no appearance on behalf of M/s. Bharti Airtel Ltd. 4.

Learned counsel for Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA) has handed over the report of the DSLSA according to which a sum of Rs.7,91,857/- has been directed to be transferred to the account of respondent no.1 on 21st June, 2017.

Vide para 19 of the judgment dated 4th May, 2017, the DSLSA was directed to deposit the compensation amount under Section 357A Cr.P.C.

with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. Para 19 of the judgment dated 4th May, 2017 is reproduced hereunder:

"19. Delhi State Legal Services Authority shall consider the case of respondent No.1 for compensation.

The compensation amount determined under the Victims Compensation Scheme under Section 357A Cr.P.C be deposited with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch by means of a cheque drawn in the name of UCO Bank A/c Sunita which shall be disbursed to respondent No.1 along with the compensation directed to be deposited by the petitioner, M/s. Bharti Airtel Ltd. and M/s. B.S.E.S. Yamuna Ltd."

Respondent no.1 present in Court has produced the original passbook of her savings bank account No.20780110093016 with UCO Bank, Karkardooma Court Branch according to which a sum of Rs.7,91,857/- was transferred to her account on 21st June, 2017 whereupon she withdrew Rs.1,85,000/- on 23rd June, 2017 and an amount of Rs.5,93,892.75 has been kept in FDR. Respondent no.1 is directed to produce the FDR before this Court on the next date of hearing.

List on 17th July, 2017.

UCO Bank, Karkardooma Court Branch is directed not to discharge the FDR till the next date of hearing.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master.

Learned counsel for DSLSA shall communicate the copy of this order to UCO Bank, Karkardooma Court Branch.
