The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.733/2016 under Sections 328/376/506 IPC at Police Station Tilak Nagar. Status report not filed. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 24.10.2016. Upon completion of investigation, a charge-sheet has already been BAIL APPLN. 804/2017

filed in the court against the petitioner. The prosecutrix, aged around 37 years, is a mother of three daughters. The petitioner and the prosecutrix were acquainted with each other. Physical relations took place between the two on the several occasions. However, no complaint was ever lodged against him.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
