% 02.08.2016 RFA 38/2014 and CM No. 26150/2016 A demand draft bearing no. 679855, dated 22nd July, 2016, for the sum of Rs. 8,64,205/- drawn in favour of appellant company has been handed over by the respondent to counsel for the appellant in Court today. Mr. Rajmangal Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant states that the said amount of Rs. 8,64,205/- is received by the appellant herein, in satisfaction of their entire claim qua the respondent, in the present appeal.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant, therefore, prays that the present appeal may be disposed of, as having been compromised. Directed accordingly.
