% 06.09.2016 In all these cases, the common relief claimed is for direction to the Commissioner of VAT for refund of amounts.

The petitioners' contend that refund orders were made despite which the amounts concerned together with interest were not credited. After notices were issued, learned standing counsel for the Commissioner states that in fact refund orders were made. The relative dates on which the refund orders had been made, in respect of each writ petition is reproduced in a tabular form.
