W.P.(C) 3455/2017 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage he would be satisfied, if the present writ petition is treated as representation and the respondents examine the contentions raised and give a reply. It is noticed that the petitioners are eight in number and the facts relating to date of appointment etc. are distinct. The primary grievance of the petitioners is that they have given a lower pay scale in comparison to others, who are identically situated. In view of the statement made, it is directed that the writ

petition would be treated as a representation, which shall be examined by the respondents and written response will be given within a period of three months from today. In case, the petitioners are still aggrieved, it will be open to the petitioners' to challenge such order(s), inter-alia, with the grievance raised in the present writ petition.
