% 24.08.2017 The matter has been passed over once. Even on the second call, no one appears for the appellant.

Neither the appellant nor his counsel is appearing in court right from 20.8.2015 onwards. Bailable warrants were ordered to be issued to the appellant which have remained unexecuted. It is reported that the appellant was not found at the given address.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. The trial court to take the appellant into custody and send him to jail to complete the sentence.
