% 13.08.2018 Keeping in view the nature of relief claimed for in this petition which pertains to the manner of filing of pleadings before this Court, it is thought appropriate to refer the matter to the appropriate Rule Making Committee of the High Court. The Rule Making Committee shall look into the issue in question, evaluate it in the backdrop of various requirements, rules formulated by other High Courts and take a decision in accordance with law. We expect and request the Committee to take a decision, preferably within a period of eight weeks.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
