This is an application filed by the respondent seeking directions to the Registry to transmit the entire arbitral record to the learned Arbitrator appointed by this Court vide order dated 11.07.2024. 2.

Issue notice.

Mr Krishnan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the petitioner and states that he has no objection to the application being allowed.

For the said reasons, the application is allowed and it is directed that the entire arbitral record (hard copy) in the present case be transmitted to the learned Arbitrator appointed by this Court vide order dated 11.07.2024. 5.

The period of 6 months for concluding the proceedings and passing the Award shall run from the date of transmitting the record. 6.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
