Crl.M.A. 16725/2016 By this application, the petitioners seek modification of the order dated 19th April, 2010 wherein instead of FIR No.322/2002, FIR No.320/2002 was noted in paras 1 and 6 of the order dated 19th April, 2010. Having perused the record, it is apparent that the petitioners sought quashing of FIR number 322/2002 and not 320/2002. Consequently, in para Nos. 1 and 6 of the order dated 19th April, 2010, FIR number be read as FIR No.322/2002 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at PS Anand Parbat.

Application is disposed of.
