No.31485/2016 Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that illegal and unauthorized construction has been permitted by respondent no.3 at Plot No.C-4/C, 39A, Sunil Dairy, Molarband Extension, Badarpur, New Delhi. On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent no.1 has put in appearance. Her submission is that the property already stands booked on 18.8.2016 and a demolition notice has also been issued to

respondent no.3 on 30.8.2016. All actions in accordance with law shall be initiated and implemented. This statement of the respondent no.1 is taken on record.

It is expected that this undertaking of the respondent shall be honoured in true letter and spirit.

No further order is called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
