% 25.10.2016 Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are father and uncle of the petitioner no. 1. Respondent on. 3 has been served.

Service report of respondent no. 2 is awaited. Learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that matter may be disposed of as safety of the petitioners has been ensured through the beat staff. It is further submitted that mobile phone numbers of Beat Constable, Divisional Officer and Station House Officer have also been provided to the petitioners with the instructions to them that they may contact these officials in case any threat is received.

Petitioner nos. 1 and 2 have married against the wishes of respondent

nos. 2 and 3 and other family members of petitioner no. 1 and they seek police protection, apprehending danger to their life from the respondent nos.2 and 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no threat has been received after filing of this writ petition. Accordingly, present petition is disposed of with the directions to the Station House Officer, P.S. Mianwali Nagar to ensure the safety of petitioners through the beat staff. Petitioners would also be at liberty to approach Station House Officer, P.S. Mianwali Nagar in case any threat is received. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
