% 23.09.2016 By this petition the petitioner seeks the right to be considered on compassionate grounds upon the demise of his father, about a decade ago. Ms. Anjana Gosain, who appears on receipt of advance copy of the petition, submits that there is a Committee constituted to look into the applications for appointment on compassionate ground. She further submits that the petitioner has approached this Court nearly a decade after the demise of the erstwhile employee of the respondents. At the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents are directed to treat this petition as a representation and take a decision on it within three months from today and to communicate their decision to the petitioner in a week thereafter.
