Attention of the appellant has been drawn to a Division Bench Judgment of this Court which is dated September 13, 2012 in FAO 388/2012 Manish Aggarwal vs. Seema Aggarwal & Ors.

Dismissing the appeal as not maintainable we observe that if the appellant was to take resort to the remedy of revision under Section 397 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the same shall be decided as per law. 4.
