% 01.09.2016 It is not in dispute that petitioner is receiving physiotherapy from Sant Parmanand Hospital.

On this ground itself, parole of the petitioner was extended for four weeks vide order dated 26th July, 2016. By this writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks further extension of parole on the ground that physiotherapy of petitioner has to continue till 6th September, 2016.

Accordingly, parole of the petitioner is extended till 6th September, 2016 on the same terms and conditions. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
