O R D E R

% 09.03.2019 Parties have mutually agreed to resolve the subject matter and thereunder, the respondent Insurance company has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.9,85,000/- (Rupees Nine Lacs Eighty Five Thousand only) over and above the amount payable in terms of the impugned award as full and final settlement.

Today, the insurance company has handed over two cheques bearing Nos.524365 and 524365 both dated 08.03.2019 for Rs.7,88,000/- and Rs.1,97,000/- drawn on HSBC Bank, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi favouring the claimants Ms. Lakshmi Devi and Sh. Surendra Pal Sharma,

respectively , which shall be released by DHCLSC on verification of the claimants in consonance with the impugned award. The impugned award stands modified to that effect. Consequently, the appeal shall stand disposed of.
