1. Mediation has failed.

2. The parties are agreeable to the Court appointing a sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes between the parties. It is ordered that the arbitration by a Sole Arbitrator shall take place under the aegis of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre ('DAC').

3. The parties will appear before the DAC on 22nd February, 2017 at 11 am for further steps in this regard.

4. The petition is disposed of. A copy of this order be sent to the Additional Coordinator DAC forthwith.
