O R D E R

% 08.11.2016 On the complaint of respondent no.2, present FIR No.450/2014 under Sections 420 IPC was registered at police station Aman Vihar. Respondent no.2 has alleged in the FIR that he had paid `2,34,500/- to the petitioners for admission of his son and daughter in Department of Training and Technical Education. However, petitioners did not procure admission. They also did not return money.

Petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes before Delhi Mediation Centre, Rohini Courts, Delhi on 7th January, 2015 on the terms and conditions recorded in the proceedings of learned Mediator.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court and admits having settled

the matter before the Mediation Centre. He also admits having received the entire settled amount. He submits that he has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the facts that parties have settled the matter before the Mediation Centre and respondent no.2 has received the entire settled amount and does not wish to pursue the FIR any further, in the interest of justice, FIR No.450/2014 under Sections 420 IPC registered at police station Aman Vihar is quashed.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J.
