% 11.01.2019 Petitioner seeks bail in FIR No. 206/2018 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC registered at police station Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that in pursuance to the last order, petitioner has joined investigation and the charge sheet has been filed.

Upon hearing and on perusal of the status report, interim order of 8th August, 2018 is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioner be admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
