Ld. counsel for parties submits that the suit property is situated at Shalimar Bagh which falls under the jurisdiction of District North West, Delhi hence seeks transfer of present case to District North West, Delhi. Learned counsel for the plaintiff requests for shorter date on the ground that plaintiff is 80 years old lady.

In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (North West), Rohini, Delhi. . Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (North West), Rohini, Delhi on 07.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
