O R D E R

% 01.12.2017 By this petition, the petitioner seeks parole for a period of three months to re-establish with family members and society. As per the nominal roll, the petitioner was granted two furloughs, that is from 10th October, 2016 and w.e.f. 28th December, 2016 for a period of three weeks and 19 days respectively. Even prior to that parole was granted to the petitioner by this Court for a period of two weeks which concession the petitioner did not misuse.

Considering the fact that the residential address of the petitioner at C116, Jhuggi G.P. Block, Pitam Pura, Delhi where the father of the petitioner is residing has been verified, this court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is therefore, directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of ₹20,000/- with one surety to the like amount W.P.(CRL) 1152/2017

subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM. The order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Tihar Jail.

Petition disposed of.
