No.D.L.-33004/99 dated 07.12.2016, issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and in particular, Clause 3 thereof, the present petition under Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rules 67 to 87 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959, stands transferred to the Principal Bench, National Company Law Tribunal, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as 'NCLT'). The Registry is directed to transmit the record of the present petition to the NCLT for further proceedings, in accordance with law. Counsel for the applicant shall appear before the NCLT on 15th February, 2017.
