Even on the last two dates of hearing none had appeared for the petitioner.

Learned APP for the State has drawn the attention of this Court to the nominal roll of the petitioner as per which, as on 19.01.2015 the unexpired portion of sentence of the petitioner is given as twenty-six days. 4.

In the given circumstances, the petitioner must have undergone the sentence awarded to him and does not wish to pursue the present revision petition.
