% 20.01.2017 Petitioner has not appeared in spite of matter having been called twice.

Learned counsel for respondent/North DMC has placed on record certain photographs purported to have been affixed by the petitioner at the site; submission is that these photographs as shown clearly make out a case of contempt qua the petitioner as the site mentioned therein is not protected by any order of this Court. There is no order inuring in favour of the petitioner. On an earlier date, the petitioner had also been directed to appear in person.
