% 12.03.2018 This case has been received from the office of the Registrar General today .

Vide order dated 14.01.2016 read with order dated 12.02.2016 passed by the Hon'ble Court, the matter was transferred to the South District, Saket Courts in view of notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24th Nov, 2015.

Now the matter has been received back from the Court of learned Additional District Judge-03, South District, Saket Courts through the learned District and Sessions Judge, South Distrct, Saket Courts on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction since the cause of action arose in Punjabi Bagh which falls within the territorial jurisdiction of West District.

A perusal of the records shows that there has been no appearance CS(OS)-103/2014

on behalf of the defendant since 22nd January, 2017, whereafter on as many as 08 occasions the case was taken up by the Court. In the circumstances the registry to transmit the records of this case to the Court of learned District and Sessions Judge, West District, Tis Hazari Courts. Parties to appear before the learned District and Sessions Judge, on 23rd March, 2018 at 02:00 pm.
