% 22.11.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to apply for bail afresh after the eye-witnesses, public witnesses and the medical doctors are examined. In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn reserving the liberty of the petitioner to apply for bail afresh after the eyewitnesses, public witnesses and medical doctors have been examined. Trial court is directed to expedite the proceedings and conclude the recording of evidence of the eye-witnesses, public witnesses and medical doctors preferably prior to official witnesses and within a period of three months from the next date of hearing before the trial court. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. The petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
