% 22.08.2017 After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. He states that the petitioner may file an appeal against the order of removal. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the appeal would be barred by limitation and would not be maintainable.

Learned counsel for the petitioner still states that he would like to withdraw the writ petition and take his chance. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
