% 11.10.2017 Constable Saryu Chaprana presently attached to the 88th Battalion has filed the present writ petition stating that her husband Constable Satyavir, who is also a member of Central Reserve Police Force, though posted in Delhi has different and odd working hours and this has created difficulty for her, her husband and children aged three and eleven years. The husband of the petitioner, who is working as Constable/General Duty is attached to 122nd Battalion which is located in Delhi. Earlier the husband of the petitioner was attached with 128th Battalion and was posted in Assam. On request, husband of the petitioner has been posted in Delhi. The petitioner and her husband being a member of the disciplined police force have to comply with the rules and regulations and must abide by

the orders passed by the authorities. We do not think the petitioner can be permitted and allowed to raise a grievance that her husband's working hours are different from her working hours and, therefore, it amounts to infringement of their/her fundamental right or statutory right. No violation of policy is shown. The writ petition has no merit and is dismissed. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
