% 05.09.2016 Aggrieved by the order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal dated 03.08.2016 has led to the filing of the present writ petition. Petitioner was appointed as a Medical Officer with the Haryana Government on 17.12.2010. In the year 2013, the petitioner applied to the UPSC and was selected and appointed as a Medical Officer on probation for two years with CGHS in the year 2014. The petitioner made an application for grant of study leave to enable him to pursue a post-graduate course at Guru Govind Medical College, Faridkot. The request of the petitioner has been declined by the respondent inter alia on the ground that the petitioner is still a probationer. At this stage, after some hearing, Ms. Oberoi, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has not completed two years period of probation, she has instructions to withdraw this petition as the petitioner wishes
to approach the respondent after he successfully completes the period of probation.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
