The petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.495//2014 registered under Sections 498A/406/3'^ IPG at PS Dr.Ambedkar Nagar, New Delhi. Status report is on recordi BAIL APPLN. 2320/2014 & 2323/2014 page 1 of 2.

By an order dated 27.10.2014, the petitioners were given interim protection and then were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Indisputably, the petitioners have Joined the investigation since then. Counsel for the complainant was also present that day. Vide order dated 18.12.2014 the parties were directed to appear in person on 25.02.2015. On that day, the complainant did not appear and the Investigating Officer was directed to ensure her presence on the next date of hearing. On 08.05.2015, the Investigating Officer informed that the complainant had declined to appear despite service.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of? 40,000/- each with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. They shall, however. Join the investigation as and when required.

The bail applications stand disposed of.
