W.P.(C) 3448/2017 1.

The present petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "In the facts and circumstances mentioned as above, the humble petitioner requests the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to:- i. direct the respondent Bank to grant two stagnation increments of Rs.900/- each in terms of wage revision effective from 01.11.2007 and its consequential benefits/impact on short payment of leave encashment, gratuity, pension commutation and enhanced pension etc. along with delayed period interest; ii.

direct to pay salary/full wages for the period 16.11.2002 to 15.09.2010 and also leave fare concession; iii.

direct for payment of compensation for harassment by

instituting criminal case as well as civil case by way of departmental charge sheet/enquiry against petitioner, which has not only ruined career but also this action of bank has put socially neglected, harassment and continuous mental agony to petitioner;

iv.

award the cost of the Writ Petition;

v.

Pass any other order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper on the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice."

Mr. K.G. Mishra, the petitioner in person states, he would be satisfied if the writ petition is treated as a representation and is disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order. Mr. Rajat Arora, Advocate who appears for the respondent Bank, on advance notice, states he has no objection in that regard.

Noting the aforesaid statements, it is ordered that the respondent shall treat the writ petition as a representation and pass a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks from today with a copy to the petitioner, who shall be at liberty to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law.
