Bail Appln. 1684/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that role of firing has not been assigned to the petitioner. The only role assigned to the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons gave beatings to the complainant party by danada.

Co-accused Dinesh Sejwal and Abhishek Narayan @ William have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 3rd August, 2016 passed in Bail Application Nos.

944/2016 and 1562/2016. Another co-accused Ashok Pandit has also been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 18th July, 2016 passed in Bail Application No. 1155/2016.

Role of petitioner is not different than other co-accused persons who have been granted anticipatory bail. Keeping in mind totality of the circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

However, petitioner shall cooperate in the investigation and appear before the Investigating Officer as and when he is called upon to do so. Application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
