O R D E R

% 17.11.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is wife of the deceased, who committed suicide by hanging. A suicide note was recovered, wherein deceased has made vague allegations that he was committing suicide because of his wife and her family members. He further submits that no details have been given in the suicide note as to how and in what manner petitioner and her family members had harassed the deceased, so as to compel him to commit suicide. It is submitted that petitioner has cooperated in the investigation.

Petitioner was also granted interim protection vide order dated 18th October, 2016, which has not been misused. Investigations are complete and charge-sheet is likely to be filed within 15

days.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
