Since the decretal amount which is to be recovered in the execution petition at hand is less than Rs.2 crores, in terms of the decision taken on 20.10.2016 in the meeting of the Hon'ble Judges of the original side, since approved by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice on 17.11.2016, this execution petition is liable to be transferred to the District Court. 2.

The learned counsel on both sides agree that the jurisdiction would lie with the court of District Judge of South-East Delhi at Saket Court Complex. Thus, the execution petition is transferred to the District Judge, (South-East) at Saket Court Complex for further proceedings in accordance with law. 3.

The learned District Judge (South-East) may retain the execution petition on her own board or allocate it to any Additional District Judge under her control within her discretion.

The parties shall appear before the transferee court on 06.02.2017. 5.
