Learned counsel for the respondents states that the Department has sanctioned the HRA and Transport Allowance in favour of the petitioner in terms of the policy decision already taken and the said amounts shall be released to the petitioner within four weeks from today. 2.

The petition is disposed of in view of the submission made hereinabove.

In the event, the respondents do not make compliances within the stipulated timeline, the petitioner shall be entitled to approach the Court for appropriate relief.
