versus QUALITY COUNCIL OF INDIA ..... Respondent Through:

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIPIN SANGHI HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE DEEPA SHARMA

O R D E R

% 21.04.2017 The petitioner assails the order dated 06.03.2017 passed in O.A. No.2477/2016. The Tribunal by the said order has dismissed the O.A. as not maintainable while granting liberty to the petitioner to ventilate his grievances in a representation and the respondent has been directed to consider the same in accordance with law and pass a reasoned speaking order within a reasonable time.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied, if the respondent is directed to dispose of the representation in a time bound manner. He submits that the respondents

were repeatedly granted time by the Tribunal to file their reply in the O.A. but the same was not filed before the impugned order came to be passed. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the respondent that in case a representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by a reasoned speaking order within four weeks of the same being made.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. VIPIN SANGHI, J DEEPA SHARMA, J APRIL 21, 2017 B.S. Rohella
